On September 25, the FDIC published a list of administrative enforcement actions taken in August. The FDIC issued nine orders, consisting of two consent orders, one amended consent order, one order terminating a consent order, one supervisory prompt corrective action directive, and four orders of prohibition. According to the announcement, no administrative hearings are scheduled for the month of October.
