FDIC releases list of CRA evaluations conducted in November 2025
February 19, 2026
On February 5, the FDIC released its list of state nonmember banks recently evaluated for compliance with the CRA. The CRA requires the FDIC to assess how well banks meet the credit needs of their entire communities, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, while maintaining safe and sound operations. The list covered evaluation ratings the FDIC assigned in November 2025. Of the 49 banks evaluated, 45 received a “satisfactory” rating and four received an “outstanding” rating. No banks were rated “needs to improve” or “substantial noncompliance” during this period.
