On September 22, via blog post, the CFPB announced that it will host its second field hearing addressing pre-dispute arbitration agreements in various consumer financial contracts. Scheduled for October 7, 2015, the hearing will take place in Denver, Colorado and feature remarks from CFPB Director Richard Cordray, testimony from consumer groups, industry representatives, and members of the public.
