FDIC releases monthly list of CRA compliance examinations for April

April 10, 2026

On April 3, the FDIC published its monthly list of state nonmember banks recently evaluated for compliance with the CRA and assigned evaluation ratings in January. The CRA requires the FDIC to assess how well banks meet the credit needs of their entire communities, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, while maintaining safe and sound operations. Of the 38 banks evaluated, three were rated “Outstanding,” while the remaining 35 were rated “Satisfactory.”
