Recently, the OCC released its CRA performance evaluations for 33 national banks and federal savings associations, assessing how well these institutions meet the credit needs of their communities, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. The evaluations, made public for the period of December 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, assigned ratings of outstanding, satisfactory, needs to improve, or substantial noncompliance. Of the institutions evaluated, 15 institutions received “outstanding” ratings, while the remaining 18 institutions were rated as “satisfactory.” No institution received “needs to improve” or “substantial noncompliance” ratings for this period.
