On November 28, the FDIC released its list of administrative enforcement actions issued in October. The agency reported eight orders, including: (i) four prohibition orders; (ii) two orders terminating consent orders; (iii) one combined order imposing a prohibition, assessment of civil money penalty, and restitution; and (iv) one order terminating a Section 19 order. The FDIC also reported that no administrative hearings have been scheduled for December.
