On October 31, the FDIC released a list of enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals during September 2025. The list included 13 actions — 11 orders and two adjudicated decisions and orders. Of the 11 orders, four were prohibition orders, one was a combined prohibition order and assessment of civil money penalties, four were orders voluntarily terminating deposit insurance, and two were terminations of consent orders. The FDIC stated no administrative hearings were scheduled for the month of November.
