On October 1, the OCC released CRA performance evaluations for six national banks and federal savings associations, covering the period from September 1 through September 30. The OCC assigns one of four possible ratings: outstanding, satisfactory, needs to improve, or substantial noncompliance. Of the evaluations released, three institutions received an “outstanding” rating, and three received a “satisfactory” rating. The OCC did not assign to any institutions a “needs to improve” or “substantial noncompliance” rating.
