FDIC publishes its enforcement actions for June 2025

On July 25, the FDIC announced a list of administrative enforcement actions it took in June against banks and individuals. The announcement highlighted that, during June, the FDIC issued 17 orders consisting of: one termination of a consent order; one termination of an order to pay civil money penalties; two orders to pay civil money penalties; two orders of prohibition from further participation; five orders terminating insurance; and six orders terminating a total of 100 Section 19 waiver orders.
The FDIC also noted that it issued one notice of charges in June. The FDIC reported that no administrative hearings were scheduled for August.
