FDIC issues enforcement actions for May 2025

On June 27, the FDIC published a list of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in May. According to the FDIC, the Corporation issued 12 orders and two notices, including one consent order, one order terminating a consent order, four prohibition orders, and six orders terminating a total of 100 Section 19 waiver orders. A Section 19 waiver order allows an individual with a covered criminal record to work for an insured depository institution. The FDIC reported there will be no administrative hearings scheduled for July 2025.
